2 shots espresso (or ½ cup strong brewed coffee), cooled
1 cup oat milk
Ice cubes
Simple syrup or sweetener (optional)
Fill a tall glass to the top with ice cubes.
Pour the cooled espresso over the ice.
Add sweetener to the glass, if using.
Top up the glass with oat milk and stir gently.
Chill Your Coffee: Use chilled espresso to prevent the ice from melting too quickly and diluting your drink.
Layer for Looks: For a beautiful layered effect, pour the oat milk slowly over the back of a spoon held just above the coffee.
