Make lattes the NYM way

How To Make

Matcha: bright color, clean finish—zero grit whether you foam hot or cold.

Hot Latte (2 min):

  1. Sift 3 g (1½ tsp)
  2. Whisk with 4 oz hot water (boil, rest 2 min) until glossy
  3. Add 10–12 oz warm microfoam
  4. Sweeten your way

Iced Latte:

  1. Sift 3 g
  2. Whisk with 3–4 oz cool water (silky paste)
  3. Add 10–12 oz cold milk + ice; shake/stir

 

Tips: Oat/almond/dairy; foam 20–30 s; keep tin sealed and chilled after opening.
